How are your products made?

All of our products are made by hand. This includes the cutting of the leather, hand stitching, decorative lines as well as burnishing the edges. This makes our products unique as we are dedicated to using traditional leather craft techniques that are able to outlast our mass produced competitors.

How long will my product take to be shipped?

Products will be shipped within 5 business days. In the case of any delays you will be notified via email.

Who do you ship through?

For all our domestic and international customers we ship through Australia Post. We offer both Standard and Express Postage to suit our customers needs.

How long will the parcel take to be delivered to me?

Australia:
Standard Post: 4-7 business days
Express Post: 1-3 business days

International (United States of America example):
Standard Post: 10-15 business days
Express Post: 7-12 business days

Can I request a custom order?

Certainly, if you have any requests please contact us

Can I have a refund?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or custom orders such as made to order belts. So please ensure you get the correct size.

If your product arrives and is faulty or in bad condition please contact us immediately. We will request the item to be sent back and will inspect the item. Please make sure the item is unused and in the original condition that it arrived in with the original packaging. The customer is responsible for posting, postage fees and/or duties that include to post the product back to us. We would also advise getting insurance and tracking number on return in case your parcel gets lost. After passing inspection we are then able to offer a refund. This can only be done in the first 30 days from delivery.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes we do, if your handcrafted product happens to have any issues overtime. We offer a repair option for our customers. The customer is responsible for postage fees and/or duties that include to post the product back to us but we will repair the product free of charge. The customer is also responsible for postage fees and/or duties on return back to them.
